Muhammad Aikal Bin Hashim, a Malaysian male aged 33, is our Head of Division (Mission critical power solutions). He is responsible for overseeing the project teams carrying out mission critical power solutions project.
He obtained his Malaysian Skills Diploma in Mechatronics Technology by Ministry of Human Resource from Auto Prima College Malaysia in 2014.
In 2013, he started his career with Allied Sakkushi (M) Sdn Bhd, a company involved in electrical engineering design, fabrication and installation as an Assistant Engineer where he was involved in executing and performing installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of M&E equipment.
In 2016, he left Allied Sakkushi (M) Sdn Bhd and joined Indkom Engineering Sdn Bhd, a company involved in supply and servicing of electro-mechanical parts for power generation plants and their auxiliaries, manufacturing/assembling of high voltage electrical switch gear equipment, as an Engineering Officer. During his tenure in the company, he was involved in engineering planning, designing and drawings, preparing the bill of materials for tender, as well as providing technical support.
In 2022, he left Indkom Engineering Sdn Bhd and joined EIPT as an Assistant Engineer and later promoted to Engineer in January 2024, followed by a promotion to Senior Engineer in June 2024. Subsequently, he advanced to Assistant Project Manager in September 2024 and was further promoted to our Head of Division (Mission critical power solutions) in February 2025, where he assumed his current responsibilities.
