Ir. Albert Chang, a Malaysian male aged 47, is our Promoter, substantial shareholder and Executive Director/ Chief Executive Officer. He was appointed to our Board since incorporation on 14 May 2025 and is responsible for developing growth strategies and business plans as well as managing the overall operations and business development of our Group.
He obtained his Bachelor of Electrical and Electronics Engineering (Hons) from University Tenaga Nasional in 2002. He was registered as a Graduate Engineer (Electrical) with the Board of Engineers, Malaysia in 2006. He has also been a Member of the Institution of Engineers, Malaysia since 2012. In 2015, he received a Certificate of Competency for Grid Connected Photovoltaic Systems Design by SEDA Malaysia. In 2025, he is also a certified Data Centre Professional which he obtained from EXIN EPI (an international certification body for data centre facilities, data centre operations and industry
professionals), as well as admitted and registered as a Professional Engineer (Electrical) with the Board of Engineers, Malaysia.
In May 2002, he started his career with Matsushita Electronic Components Panasonic (M) Sdn Bhd (now known as Panasonic Industrial Devices Malaysia Sdn Bhd), a company involved in the manufacture and sale of variable resistors, switches and electrolytic capacitors, as an Engineer where he was assisting senior engineers with designing, productions as well as QA and QC. He resigned from the company in December 2002.
In 2003, he joined SECM Sdn Bhd, a company engaged in M&E engineering contract works, as a Project Engineer where he was involved in leading a team and executing electrical installation projects, up to his departure in 2005.
In 2005, he joined Amsteel Mills Sdn Bhd (subsidiary of Lion Corporation Berhad, then listed on Main Market), a company involved in the manufacture and marketing of steel bars and wire rods, as an Executive Electrical Engineer where he was responsible for overseeing the maintenance activities for HV systems to LV systems.
