Datuk Low Hock Keong, a Malaysian male aged 55, is our Non-Independent Non-Executive Director. He was appointed to our Board since incorporation on 14 May 2025, and was redesignated to Non-Independent Non-Executive Director on 16 July 2025. He is the corporate representative of OCK on our Board.
He obtained his Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical and Computing) (Hons) from Monash University, Melbourne, Australia in 1995. In 1998, he obtained his Master of Engineering Science from University of Malaya.
In 1995, he started his career with Mutiara Telecommunications Sdn Bhd (now known as CelcomDiGi Berhad, listed on Main Market), a company involved in telecommunications activities, as a Transmission Engineer where he was responsible
for microwave transmission planning.
In 1997, he left Mutiara Telecommunications Sdn Bhd and joined Anderson Consulting Sdn Bhd (now known as Accenture Solutions Sdn Bhd), a company involved in technical, strategy and management consulting as well as software system development and telecommunications, as an Analyst where he was involved in software system development and telecommunications.
In 1999, he left Anderson Consulting Sdn Bhd and joined Alcatel Network Systems (M) Sdn Bhd (now known as Alcatel-Lucent), a company engaged in the business of telecommunications, as a Radio Frequency Planning and Optimisation Engineer, where he was responsible for overseeing the 3G radio planning and coverage. Subsequently, he was promoted to Regional Radio Frequency Manager and later assumed leadership of the Radio Planning and Optimisation team, supporting various regional projects (Thailand and Philippines).
In 2006, he left Alcatel Network Systems (M) Sdn Bhd and joined OCK as a General Manager and was subsequently promoted to Group Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director in 2011, a position he continues to hold to-date. He is currently responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of OCK Group.
