SHARON MAK

Sharon Mak, a Malaysian female aged 48, is our Promoter and Executive Director/ Chief Operating Officer. She was appointed to our Board on 16 July 2025 and is responsible for implementing business growth plans, evaluating market potential and project feasibility as well as managing the sales and marketing activities of our Group.

She obtained her Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Accounting and Finance from Monash University, Melbourne, Australia in 2000. She is a Member of Certified Practicing Accountants Australia since 2001.

In 2000, she started her career with Deloitte Kassim Chan Sdn Bhd, as a Tax Assistant and was subsequently promoted to Senior Associate in 2002. During her tenure in Deloitte Kassim Chan Sdn Bhd, she was responsible for handling corporate and personal tax matters, up to her departure in 2002.

In January 2003, she joined Aseambankers Malaysia Berhad (now known as Maybank Investment Bank Berhad) as an Executive in the Corporate Finance Department, where she was involved in assisting with initial public offering corporate exercises.

In April 2003, she left Aseambankers Malaysia Berhad and joined Wengcon Holdings Sdn Bhd (now known as Knusford Holdings Sdn Bhd), a company involved in construction business, as an Assistant Accountant where she was assisting with accounting and finance matters. In July 2003, she was transferred to a related company, Wengcon Machinery Sdn Bhd, a company involved in sales and rental of machinery, as an Assistant Accountant, where she assumed her previous responsibilities. In November 2003, she was promoted to Accountant where she was involved in preparing monthly accounts, analysing the financial reports, managing the company’s cash flows and finance matters. Subsequently in 2004, she was transferred
to the Power Generation Division of Wengcon Machinery Sdn Bhd as a Sales Manager, where she was responsible for the sales and marketing of power generation equipment. In 2006, she was promoted to Marketing Manager where she assumed her previous responsibilities, up to her departure in 2008.
